For over 46 years I have practiced mainly in civil litigation, and over 38 of those years have been at Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins, LLP, or its predecessors. I have tried numerous civil cases throughout Georgia for both plaintiffs and defendants involving auto accidents, general liability, commerical, construction, and environmental disputes, and other areas. In 2006 I became a registered mediator and have participated in hundreds of mediations and several arbitrations. In 2011, I have, also, become a registered arbitrator. I have been included in Georgia's Super Lawyers in 2011 through 2023, Georgia's Best Lawyers in 2009-13, and 2012-2013 Georgia's Top Rated Lawyers.
