"The 97 Club" - Goal Setting SystemSears Home Improvement Products Jan 2014 - May 2014Greater Denver AreaThe 97 Club - :"A Revolutionary New Approach to Management through Goal Setting" was a series of weekly meetings for 16 weeks with ten (10) average salespeople seeking to set personal goals. We met for 45 minutes right before our regularly scheduled sales meetings. The "twist" on an average attempt to set sales goals was NOT what we did. Our focus was on setting and writing down 3 "Lofty" PERSONAL goals. Then we would laminate 3 photos or Google Image Icons that represented our three goals and put that mini-vision board of our goals on our car visors. Of course "The 97 Club" was like a self-help or support group to encourage each other to move ahead on our attempts to achieve something "nobody thought we could accomplish."
