Working closely with the Sales Audio Video Manager, I help build, develop, and manage Audio Video Sales Reps. By motivating them and teaching them about how to efficiently and effectively sell the different Audio Video electronics. I do this by helping conduct training sessions with vendors. And by showing associates how to conduct an effective demonstration of or products. and by constantly offering my advice on every aspect of the sales process to each of the sales representatives individually and the team as a whole.
