I’m glad you are here, please allow me to share a little bit about myself.I have over 20 years of experience in customer service and customer relations at different levels across industries like, fast food, retail, telecommunications, wholesales distributions services, and for the Canadian Federal Government, for the past 15 years I have been able to travel the world while working for several different Canadian Diplomatic missions abroad where I have been able to apply and expand my knowledge in relationship building within the contexts of international business development; and international diplomatic, and intergovernmental relations.I really enjoy helping others, engaging with people at all levels and developing relationships; I really like speaking in public and presenting in front of audiences but most important, I can communicate to a diverse audience in verbal and written form using a variety of media and presentation types.During my time in university I learned about sustainability, environmental assessment, quantitative and qualitative research, ecology, renewable energy, clean-tech, and conservation, between work and academia, I have been able to develop my understanding of environmental issue resulting from the interactions between humans and the natural world, how to actively engage in environmentally responsible ways.I know how to conduct research to backup strategic decision-making, and interpret the qualitative, quantitative, data needed to analyse different problems and propose solutions in different contexts which I am sure I could easily apply for environmental issues.I currently spend a lot of time reading and learning about ESG and CSR.I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with a basic but improving level of French.
