Well versed with hiring through different methods like various Job portals, Social media, Company’s career site, Networking, VendorsResponsible for completing Joining formalities, general HR activities & administration. Expertise in the Entire Recruitment Life Cycle - Gathering Job Description/s, Sourcing and Pre-screening candidates, Arranging Technical Interviews & Conducting HR interviews, Follow-up & share Feedback, Negotiating Terms and Conditions, Position Closure, Bringing the candidates on Board and Conducting the Reference check and Background Verification.- Working for Both Domestic & International clients.- Interacting with Clients on regular basis and taking care of their Staffing Needs.- Handling entire Recruitment cycle for senior level and middle level management- Source resume through Job Portal & head hunting.- Initial screening of resumes based on the requirements.- Clarifying the doubts of candidates with respect to the JD.- Scheduling the interviews of shortlisted candidates, making sure they reached the venue and took up the interview.- Following up with the shortlisted candidates for other rounds.- Tracking Offers, Follow up with the offered candidates and checking on their joining dates.- Maintaining, Updating the efficient database in Excel & internal database.
