I am currently in a team leader role, I deligate staff to best positions for the shift. I ensure team members have done all pre-starts to ensure cranes and equipment are all safe to use, I also do picking and packing and loading of trucks myself. I also audit other staff members work to make sure what the customers are receiving what they are ordering
