My work includes promoting the sale of Medicare Supplements, Final Expense, Short Term Nursing Facility/Home Care, Cancer, and a Hospital Indemnity in OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, ND, SD, NE, and KS. I work hand in hand with our (RVP)Regional Vice President helping our independent agents grow their business. My daily mission is to recruit new agents and help them understand or business philosophy. Then set up an opportunity for them to meet face to face(seminar, 1:1's, or office visit) with the RVP.

In 2006 I started working for Genworth Finacial.Genworth had just purchased Continental Life/American Continental in Brentwood, TN and began a push to market American Continental Medicare Supplements in several states. My job as a recruiter was cold calling agents giving them our story, establishing a relationship, and training them to market our Medicare Supplement.
