While at Partners I worked with senior partners and rotated between various departments: Investment Sales, Industrial, Office Project Leasing, and Office Tenant Representation. I ran models on CoStar for properties to meet clients’ needs, collected comps, and stacked buildings; this allowed me to become even more familiar with CoStar. Additionally, I assisted in touring clients, lease reviews, and amortizing loans (modeling payments) for clients. Overall, I gained an understanding of the process of brokering leases in each department.
