On the 1st of October two of my ex-colleagues and I have founded Cytrus AG. Cytrus is a Siemens PLM partner and reseller and focuses on providing value added services and software in the PLM domain.

As of the 1st of March 2012 I am working as PLM consultant in my own company, Pro PLM GmbH.

As manager of the department Business Projects in P3DM in Alstom Power, had the overall responisibility over the 5 PLM programs running in this department, including strategy, positioning, program financial management and reporting.The 5 programs were directly managed by 5 Program Managers reporting to me.

Managed one of the PLM and CAD programs in Alstom Power, with about 900 active CAD and PLM users. During this period a major step forward was made in the management of Manufacturing data, further streamlining the design-to-manufacturing process
