As president and owner of the Ritz Charles, I oversaw all operational, financial, and functional aspects of managing this well-known upscale event venue. During my tenure, I managed a $6M construction project for a new facility, which included adding storage space and a full renovation of kitchen facilities. Known for my strategic financial acumen, I ensured that monthly food costs were less than 23% and corresponding liquor costs were less than 9%. I also forged strong relationships within the local business community and created a sales team to cultivate and nurture key accounts, which resulted in $3.5M in revenue.
