Promoted to Director of Development, I manage a development and production team of 8 to lead end-to-end production, packaging initiatives, and shopping of potential projects to major studios including Netflix, Amazon, Powerhouse Animation, and Fangoria Studios. My role is focused on directing the relationship and sale of over 15 projects to various studios and leading strategic partnerships for future productions.

I grew into expanded responsibilities and became the development and talent lead for the films The Marksman and Honest Thief, focusing on the strategic development and production, including talent selection and onboarding, script development, and production insights.
