This position entails• Helpdesk administration for issues logged/reported.• ICT asset inventory maintenance & management report.• Installation and configuration of ICT software and hardware.• Providing first line-end user ICT support.• User access rights review & configuration• System Antivirus management• System Availability monitoring and report on network links, .• Analysis & Evaluation of evolving user ICT needs.Currently in-charge of support operations in three branches providing support services to over40 clients on site

This position entailedinstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;talking to staff, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;replacing parts as required;providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;supporting the roll-out of new applications;setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;Configuring email accounts on MS Outlook with microsoft exchange configurations.Incharge of support operations in two branches with a total of 40 clients on site conducting on site.

Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.Expedite all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.Review expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtain and forward information to planning and sales teams.Coordinate local orders.Liaise with local vendors to negotiate favorable prices and also place orders
