Armaments Research Company is a USA based startup with its primary operations in Bethesda, MD. The business dedicated to researching and developing high-quality, rugged firearm accessories to enhance and safeguard the end user’s experience.

Worked for The Herman Group, supervised by Dr. Seung Whan Lee. Objective was to perform cadmium selenide/lead sulfide ligand exchange, deposit nanocrystals using electrophoretic deposition, and produce and analyze quantum dot-sensitized solar cells.

Funded by the National Science Foundation’s Research Experience for Undergraduates (NSF-REU). Worked with Dr. Gabriel Caruntu. Project involved synthesizing and characterizing single-phase transition metal-doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles. Solution-gel chemistry, electron paramagnetic resonance, x-ray diffraction and other analytical techniques were used.

Performed research under the guidance of Dr. David Reed Myers. Project involved screening mushrooms indigenous to the Great Barrington area and determining whether antioxidant or antibacterial properties were present. Soxhlet extractions, lyophilization, spectrophotometry, disk diffusion assays, and various analytical techniques were used in this project
