I work as a dual city operational manager for QuickFlight, a contract ground handler for both stations. I am tasked with the hiring and termination to build a great team that can work together effectively and safely. I am a working manager, which means I frequently do all tasks required, arm in arm, with the employees completing the turns. I lead by example. I have built a successful process to turn and handle the commercial turn. Practical experience with the handling of passengers, proper baggage loading techniques, and safe operation of ground support equipment. I manage numerous Microsoft Suite documents to help fine tune and present turn processes. I train employees for the turn process with strong emphasis on safety practices, and hazard reporting.
