This system was built from scratch, but utilizes existing information from the sales pipeline wherever possible to reduce the need for manual input.In my dual-role as an IT Support Technician, I am proactive in identifying pain points throughout the organization. This allowed me to step beyond the role of maintenance and add value to the company by advising users on optimal expected system behavior and useful, but underutilized, tools that could streamline their workflow.
