As Director of Commissioning and Completions I am responsible for providing strategic direction, oversite, and functional support of all commissioning and completions activities on MPIS projects. I Lead and manage specialist personnel to provide a planned, documented and managed systematic approach to the start-up, commissioning and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the end-user, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and stakeholder expectations. As Director of Commissioning and Completions I am part of the MPIS IS Downstream, MMM and Power leadership team. In this leadership role, as Director of Commissioning and Completions I interact with Worley sites, clients, and offices to ensure successful management of all MPIS functions in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Construction Major Projects, is responsible for: • Development, continual improvement and execution of all functional completions and commissioning processes and practices in the Major Projects group for all mega-projects. • Maintenance and further development of the completions and commissioning procedures and systems while maintaining corporate consistency in delivery and execution for all major projects globally. • Responsible for the structure, mobilization, and proper performance of the completions and commissioning groups inside and across all projects scope in the Major Projects Group. • Oversee establishment of Completions and Commissioning Plans for all Major Projects group projects and scopes of work. • Assist in business development activities as required and maintain close links with the overall global WorleyParsons Completions / Commissioning Community.

Responsible for the implementation of the Project Completions (Turnover) plan for the Celanese Fairway Methanol Project. Lead development of the systems completion strategies, plans, schedule and procedures and ensure that they are aligned with start- up activities. Provide onsite supervision and management of Completion team. Schedule and resource management. Liaison with the Construction Management Team regarding scheduling/hand-over/QC issues/feedback. Review and acceptance of Construction QA and Inspection and Test documentation. Ensure commissioning documentation requirements are fulfilled. Track overall turnover documentation in WorleyParsons CMT completions tool. Coordinate with Engineering and Construction Group to ensure Systems are properly structured with tag items and associated check sheets. Coordinate and facilitate all site Pre-commissioning activities and support the client Commissioning of the facility.

Responsible for the implementation of the Project Completions plan, Providing onsite supervision and management of Completion teams. Schedule and resource management. Liaison with Construction regarding scheduling/hand-over/QC issues/feedback. Review and acceptance of Construction QA and Inspection and Test documentation. Facilitating coordination meetings with Operations. Facilitating site Hazard Assessments, as well as assess the need for and ensure the use of Change Management Procedures. Ensuring commissioning documentation requirements are fulfilled. Review turnover documentation from module yards and site. Track overall turnover documentation in Go Completions as per project’s requirements for an effective hand over to the Owner. Ensure the Contractors comply with the project’s turnover requirements. Coordinate with Engineering and Construction Group to ensure Systems are properly structured with tag items and associated check sheets. Lead development of the systems completion strategies, plans, schedule and procedures that are aligned with start- up activities. Develops the Company ISCT organization plan. Lead the ISCT and coordinates Functional involvement. Responsible for surveillance and reporting of systems completions activities. Coordinates requirements and interfaces with Contractors to ensure consistency of ISCT activities.

Provide onsite supervision and management of Commissioning/Completions Teams. Planning and scheduling of commissioning work for all disciplines including electrical, instrumentation, automation, mechanical\piping as well as operations. Cleaning scope development and execution. Implementation of the Project completions plan, schedule and resource management. Scheduling and management of vendor support for commissioning activities. Review and acceptance of Construction QA and Inspection and Test documentation. Safety and onsite hazard assessment process prior to commencement of completion\commissioning activities. Liaison with Construction regarding scheduling/hand-over/QC issues/feedback.

• Development and execution of the pre-commissioning cleaning strategy including air blows, lube oil flushing, chemical cleaning and Steam blows• Development and implementation of the cleanliness inspection program. • Responsible for manpower planning, organizational structure, scope development, planning and schedule. • Directly involved with the RFP scope definition, as well as technical and commercial review of third party cleaning contractor bids for air blows, lube oil flushes, chemical cleaning and steam blows. • Maintain project controls/reporting database for scope execution
