Over the course of my career, I have dedicated myself to excellence in client servicing as well as customer service, and have cultivated and sharpened the skills that I believe could be an asset in any position. My career combines a strong blend of quality, technology and management where I have developed a knowledge of technical and support processes as well as procedures. In the ten years I have served in management roles, I have enjoyed working in multiple technical and support service roles, including those involving technical delivery services, technical support services, call center quality assurance and team and account management.
