I have over 15 years of experience in customer service, having worked at various companies such as Tunstall APAC, SGN, Student Loans Company and Direct Line Insurance. I am responsible for designing and implementing customer experience strategies, training and coaching employees, monitoring and improving service quality. I have strong skills in employee training, customer contact, service quality, communication, people management, project management and problem-solving. Overall, I’m passionate about delivering on our customer satisfaction objective’s and constantly seek new ways to enhance the customer journey and exceed expectations. High school educated with GCSE’s from St. Maurices High School, where I studied English, Maths, and Business Studies. I am a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative professional who values teamwork, feedback, and continuous improvement.I also completed one year BA Hons Business Management at Strathclyde University Glasgow.
