In 1991 I work as the Sale Manager of CheKproteKt (a check collection services) and after a great year I was promoted to President. As the company became very successful the ownership offered me a position with one of their other companies, Construction Lien and Credit Services (a company that helped contractors get paid). I agreed with one condition, I would be given ownership of both Construction Lien and Credit Services and CheKproteKt. My duties included managing all operation and employees, including hiring/firing of key personnel and training all salespeople. Between the two companies we employed between forty to fifty people. With the introduction of debit cards we could see the end of CheKproteKt and began working to change the image from just check collections to open account collections as well. Soon after this change was complete, we sold CheKproteKt. I find my best fit when working directly with people, I seem to be able to get the most out of each person and help them find their best fit within the company. Vision is paramount to business success, I love to be part of creating vision as well as use my ability to pass the vision on to all employees. With the help of profiling software (I have been certified by NCCS in temperament analyses) and a God given gift to read people I find success in hiring new employees, right placement of people, motivating and solving disputes that arise in the work force.Specialties: It seem working with people is a theme throughout my life, from small group, to couples, to individuals.
