Supervised four operation centers, including the primary east and west coast locations. Developed lending criteria and quality control program to achieve maximum loan purchase rate by primary target. Directed compliance initiatives and worked directly with regulatory agencies on licensing approvals and regulatory examinations. Authored and championed human resource functions such as onboarding, professional development, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.
