About William Donahue

I am a concept to completion executive/consultant with a strong background in sales, strategic planning, project management, operations, claims management, and change management, and the guidance/mentorship of people.My experiences in working with: hospitals, academic facilities and associated faculty, physicians, government regulators, and the insurance industry give me a unique perspective on the issues and challenges associated with business and healthcare today. I believe it is this varied experience that gives me an ability to see things from multiple perspectives when working with the various stakeholders in determining the type, style, and method of change necessary to accomplish the goals of organization. I am not your typical narrow visioned executive that looks at issues as problems and views them from one perspective. I view the issues as potential opportunities to change the status quo and allow the organization to innovate and make working at, or with, our company an easier, more enjoyable, and more profitable experience. I am a strong leader that works collaboratively with all levels of the organization to solicit the best all employees can offer and bring success to the employees and the company.My past few years have been spent in largely a consulting capacity. I have been focused on project and sales management, start-ups, change management and the restructuring of operations for multiple organizations.
