As President of The United Brokers Insurance Agency I am responsible for the stewardship and the development of the organization through collaborative partnerships. Bringing together niche market expertise and niche insurance carriers for a common purpose to serve our focused industries. During my tenure with Mitchell and Mitchell Insurance Agency, Inc, DBA: Mitchell Blank and Associates I was responsible for the continued development of insurance products and services for my niche markets and oversaw the development and expansion of the Benefits Department. Serving in many roles within the organization.

New to the insurance industry, i used my financial and non profit management expertise to develop an insurance book of business for Armstrong and Associates. Serving as an "expert" in the area if risk management for non profits i was successful at developing a division that served the non profit sector. The outcome of this was a niche market expert. Serving both the client and the insurance industry.

Responsible for Administratve Services for the Center, serves as an executive team member.

Responsible for managing the fiscal operations and funding streams for several programs. Oversaw the Head Start program in Yolo County. Worked closely with the Executive Director in all aspects of the organization.
