• Collection, verification and processing of client documentation and mortgage applications• Completing loan serviceability calculations• Assisting with product research.• Ensuring all compliance procedures are followed and documentation stored securely & correctly.• Liaising with credit assessors, applicants and other parties to ensure applications are approved and settled in a timely manner.

• Administration of the Fraedom Expense Management platform ensuring data accuracy• Perform auditing, reconciliation, analysis and reporting of employee expenditure utilising advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate SAP skills• Managing all processes relating to expense card application, modification of spending limits and cancellation• Ensuring employee expenses are correctly processed within Fraedom and SAP

• Perform analysis of novated lease accounts • Prepare and create contract modification quotes to ensure customers are able to meet repayments as well as adding additional services, such as insurance or vehicle enhancements• Analysis and reporting for corporate clients such Boral and Telstra to justify balance and trends – suggesting action where necessary to address accounts with any discrepancies• Reconciliations of customer accounts, analysis and conclusions drawn as to why discrepancies may be present• Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders; customers, fleet managers, payroll departments, accounts, insurance and repair and authorisation• Complete payment for customers registration and comprehensive insurance renewals• Advanced Fleet Management Software knowledge and application• Provision of effective customer service
