Current- Responsible for product strategy and assortment on hyper-growth e-com platform- Re-source Top Private Label categories from trading companies to direct factory (10,000 skus)- Diversify supply base to facilitate growth goals and mitigate supply and freight issues- Manage and develop current and new supplier relationships- Negotiate direct Premium Brand contracts- Utilize proprietary and industry data to create lifecycle management process- Developed set/kit process to sell “entire job” to increase AOV- Identify key growth opportunities and create action plan to execute- Create new exciting brands that speak to targeted customer- Continuous improvement of digital part buying experience- Digital assets that matter to customers (High quality and 360 photos)- Marketing copy, specs and titles/descriptions that ensure customers find the proper part they need- Defined key terms so customers can easily search - Manage high-performing, cross-functional teams to execute company wide initiatives and strategies- Leverage industry relationships drive new business opportunities to increase market penetration
