Lead Andrews University Enactus chapter to claim spot in the top 10% in the U.S. at the national Enactus competition this being the first time in the university’s history.Founded Enactus project Operation Regenesis (an international project in Masaya, Nicaragua with an emphasis on restructuring the business model of a private clinic with an end goal of providing the clinic with an HPV vaccination program), drafted a 17 page proposal, and lead a team of seven students to Masaya, Nicaragua to execute phase one of Operation Regenesis. Raised $18,000 dollars in five months for Enactus project Operation Regenesis. Applied for and received donation of $8,500 dollars-worth of reusable water bottles from DEI (a top manufacturer and leader in the gift & home decor industry) for fundraising efforts towards Enactus project Operation Regenesis. Wrote & received $1,500 grant from Unilever for Enactus project Mobile Farm Market. Wrote & received $1,500 grant from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for Enactus project Creation Health.Was selected to be on the competition presentation team.

Conducted field study of store 5185 in Columbus, Ohio for 8 weeks. Developed an operational plan for Walmart stores with a focus on shrink control, customer satisfaction, and associate accountability that was implemented by a central operations team at Walmart Home Office. The operational plan yielded positive results saving the store $1,940.35 in shrink, and increased credit apps by 121% to goal in a 10 day trial period.Was the only operations intern selected to present final recommendations to senior director of central operations team at Home Office.

Lead the first college chapter of Young Pro Elite personal development program. Aided the Andrews University Enactus presentation team in developing their speaking skills through personal development practices, and also developed a culture of trust within the six members of the presentation team.
