My background is in business litigation, with an emphasis on commercial landlord/tenant and homeowner's association disputes. I have experience handling a wide variety of litigation matters, including property damage, real estate, construction, collections, condominium association, and government. My firm, Downs Law, can also negotiate and facilitate business transactions, such as leases, personal guaranties, deeds, operating agreements, security agreements and other deal documents.I have a passion for counseling clients through the law's uncertainty, for simplifying complex legal problems, and for providing clear communication. A busy attorney facing a deadline doesn't have time to sift through dozens of resumes and meet for interviews. Aggregate Law solves the time/efficiency dilemma in two primary ways: (1) Aggregate Law vets all project attorneys up front to ensure they are qualified and experienced - this saves the hiring firm time and expense; and (2) once the hiring attorney completes the job profile (which takes 5-10 minutes) and pays the flat job posting fee, Aggregate Law automatically sends an email to all approved attorneys meeting the specified criteria. Once an attorney accepts the job, which could take just a few minutes, an email goes out to both parties connecting them. Aggregate Law therefore cuts days/weeks out of the hiring process.
