I am currently a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate at the University of Montana Alexander Blewett III School of Law and the University of Montana College of Business. Previously, I earned my undergraduate degrees at New York University Shanghai and East China Normal University. I am seeking a work environment presently or in the future where I can speak Chinese, communicate with Chinese nationals, and gain perspectives on international transactions, intellectual property, bilingual contracts, litigation and arbitration, and international corporate law as a whole. I thoroughly enjoyed living in a megacity like Shanghai and experiencing a new culture. Discovering new perspectives on how to view the world and becoming work-proficient in Mandarin has truly equipped and prepared me for a career as an international lawyer. My major in Global China Studies has given me a crucial understanding of China's context and perspective in the world, and my other major in International Relations has provided me with an exhaustive comprehension of Chinese foreign policy and international institutions. My minor in Philosophy has aided me in understanding American legal philosophy along with traditional Chinese legal philosophy. My previous experiences demonstrate unwavering persistence, systematic organizational skills, persuasive written and verbal communication, and a thorough grasp of sales and digital marketing. I developed my global mindset and passion for languages while attending John Burroughs School, one of the top 50 high schools in the U.S. experience.
