I provided critical legal research to support the firm’s trial preparation efforts. My work focused on investigating civil tort liability, including motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, and medical malpractice. Additionally, I conducted extensive research on insurance law, closely related to these liability issues. My role also involved analyzing jury verdicts and settlement statistics to inform our approach to these civil tort claims.
