GO2 LLC is the new Commercial Leasing portfolio of Go Capital.

As a member of the Executive Team I oversee all aspects of Portfolio Management including Accounting, Customer Service, Collections, Insurance, Titling, Modifications, Compliance, Legal, Remarketing, Repossession, Residuals, Bankruptcy and Policy & Procedure. During my first 18 months I successfully built the entire Portfolio Management team in Roseville, CA (Collections, Customer Service, Insurance, Residuals, Modifications and Titling). I wrote the Policy & Procedure Manual and maintained legal compliance in regards to Collections, Bankruptcy, repossessions and impounds. Recently, I oversaw various projects including the liquidation of a semi-truck dealership in Newcastle, CA, and the monthly credit reporting of Go Capital's customers to the three credit bureaus along with PayNet. Since April 2019 I am overseeing the creation of a new commercial lease portfolio under the name of GO2 LLC.

I managed the collections, customer service, impounds and insurance staff including 4 supervisors in an inbound/outbound call center. My goal is to create and maintain a culture of teamwork and accountability while maintaining FDCPA and regulatory compliance. My duties included: Risk Management including delinquency and charge-off forecasting; Process Flow improvement including “best practices” & writing Collections Policies & Procedures; the implementation of daily, weekly & monthly strategies to improve performance and achieve goals; monitor call volumes, production and Quality Control; manage the center’s budget and staffing needs; and provide coaching and mentoring to the entire staff. Addtionally, I interviewed, hired and trained new employees, delivered performance reviews and gave disciplinary action when necessary.

I began as the Phoenix branch Collections Manager and in 2006 was promoted to the Call Center Site Manager tasked with the start up of Fireside Bank’s first offsite call center. I was involved in the interviewing, hiring, training and development process of non-exempt & exempt employees up to a staff of 65. After a complete corporate restructure and a wind-down process beginning in March, 2009 I was heavily involved in the day to day operations of collections from 10DPD up to charge-off and the collection of deficiency balances after judgment serving as both a Collections Supervisor and Department Manager. My experience at Fireside includes the management of the monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals, delinquency forecasting, collaboration with corporate Recruiting, Training, Facilities, IT, Legal and Quality Control departments, preparation and delivery of annual performance reviews, employee training, coaching, counseling and disciplinary action when necessary, manual and predictive dialer strategies, management of the site budget, and the analysis of performance results with the implementation of design improvements to increase revenues and efficiencies.

I had various duties including the collection of past due invoices from customers in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean; Customer Service; onsite IT Administrator and the company Interpreter & Translator.

My duties included payment negotiation, skip tracing, all levels of delinquency, loss management, customer service, field work and the Bankruptcy and Small Claims Court representative.

I was head of the auto portfolio team on the Renaissance Project which converted the company’s computer systems in 1994.
