Protective Services Supervisor-Child Welfare
CurrentSupervise social work professionals (either bachelors or masters level) in making case management decisions, determining and mitigating risk, consult with multi-disciplinary team, preform case audits, respond to client complaints, write reports to court which reflect careful consideration of the law and rationale for recommendations and uphold the ethics and standards of the County of San Diego. In addition to these duties I also volunteer for many community outreach opportunities to build relationships with community partners and to provide better service our customers.
