Designed and drafted renovations/alterations of several residences in the Town of Islip for a new community development program.Generated construction documents for Temple Eitz Chaim Synagogue in West Hempstead, Long Island for a 5,500 square foot addition to its current facility.

Provided drafting services for large scale commercial and residential designs, produced highly detailed drawings for existing building documentation, met with clients, contractors, and consultants for a variety of construction phases and did basically every aspect of a construction job from schematic design to contract administration.

Produced several comprehensive feasibility reports for potential new franchises in the tri-state area for high-profile clients such as Starbucks Coffee. Duties included site visits, as-built documentation, and determination of utility compatibility for corporate standards.Integral in the development of a 75,000 square foot, platinum-rated LEED certified, convent/retreat center in Ronkonkoma, NY. Work included drafting floor plans, sections, elevations and technical details for construction documents, MEP coordination, working closely with consultants, and meeting with building owners to discuss conceptual design. Developed construction documents for a 7,000 square foot restaurant for Smokin' Al's barbecue franchise, coordinating drawings with interior designers and kitchen appliance manufacturers. Performed intensive building documentation for +/-100,000 square foot facility in Farmingdale, N.Y. for the eventual interior demolition and build-out for new office and storage firm.
