Bill has over 35 years of experience litigating commercial and other disputes in arbitrations and in state and federal courts around the country and has tried to conclusion well over 30 cases. He has handled matters involving construction, real estate, bankruptcy, condemnation, land use, zoning and planning, personal injury, employment, business, will contest, and ERISA issues.I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, the District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court and other Federal Courts.
