Analyzed, ordered, and budgeted all maintenance spare parts for Panasonic, Universal Inst, and Teradyne equipment. Controlled purchase of operating supplies such as kapton tapes, probes, dental tools, all solder equipment, mechanical tools, circuit boards, circuit board components, marking tapes, all chemical cleaning supplies as well as bar solder and flux used in circuit board manufacturing, for the entire Charlotte site, consisting of $5.5M in inventory. • Maintained a $500,000 purchasing authority.• Saved company $2.5M through cost savings by submitting effective bids and utilizing excellent analytical skills.• Successfully managed multiple departmental budgets on usage of all OSP and MRO parts along with chemical consumption, utilizing MP2 software, along with MSPI, TS06, Ariba 7.0 and Fourth Shift systems.
