Responsibilities including Bi Weekly and Monthly check in’s, proper documentation of events, calls, and any other pertinent information in the CRM (Sales Force/Zoho), Inputting and Creating of orders in Quick Books, Resolving customers issues in a timely fashion, Constant customer support related to but far from limited to only products sold, Educating clients about all products, Handling 80 to 150 calls a day, Creating product flyers and other sales tools, Keeping customers updated on new products, Attending and Exhibiting at Trade Shows, Ensuring all of the customers needs are taken care of to the best of my ability, and whatever else is required to retain the customers business.

At any given time I’ve been responsible for at least 6 to 10 people. Daily responsibilities including but not limited to, the Management and assignment of Leads and Accounts, Order Processing, Governance of Company policy’s, Monthly Performance Evaluations, Call Barging, Call Evaluations, Continuous Sales Training (Sales Skills, Technique, Product Knowledge, etc), Resolving Customer Challenges, Selling and Maintaining Key Company Accounts generating upwards of $200,000 a month, Creating and monitoring Monthly and Weekly Sales Contest in addition to other Team Motivating Activities, and most importantly Continuous Monthly Sales Growth.
