• Provided day-to-day support for Coach’s corporate network, which serviced over 2000 users and had over 200 Cisco routers and switches worldwide.• Configured and addressed issues with routers and switches in Coach’s datacenter, including working with Nexus 7010 & 5548 switches.• Ran fiber and Ethernet cables for new servers, blade chassis, and virtualization hosts.• Updated documentation for new installations and projects via Visio and Excel. • Participated on the team responsible for the design and implementation of the corporate and guest WiFi networks. Including configuring the switch ports, Cisco wireless controllers and Palo Alto firewalls• Coach wired network used 802.1x with Active Directory authentication for NAC. A Juniper NAC appliance was used for Mac workstations that were not integrated with Active Directory. I was responsible for updating the MAC address of new and relocated Mac workstations in the Juniper appliance.• Assisted with an organization wide routing upgrade. Upgraded older Cisco 7600 routers to newer Cisco ASR 1002 hardware. The new routers were for Coach’s MPLS cloud that connects its global sites. Part of the project involved working with telecom carriers to move the MPLS cloud over to a new provider.• In addition to upgrading the router hardware and changing providers, new routing enhancements were added to prevent asynchronous routing between some New York and international locations. Policy maps were used to redistribute local networks into the BGP routing tables of the MPLS cloud.• Worked on the upgrade of an F5 load balancer cluster to new 3900 hardware as well as the creation of new server pools and virtual servers in existing F5 clusters.
