William "Jason" Eason is an experienced music educator and decorated U.S. Army veteran with over 18 years of experience in education and 6 in military service. Jason is a skilled trainer with a passion for developing and delivering effective training programs that meet organizational goals.As an Army NCO, Jason served as a team leader responsible for the welfare, training, and readiness of soldiers under his charge. He developed and executed training plans that incorporated Army doctrine, policies, and regulations to meet unit and individual training objectives. Jason led and participated in combat operations, utilizing situational awareness, decision-making, and effective communication to accomplish mission objectives. He received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star with Valor device for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.As a music educator for the Nassau County School Board, Jason directed the West Nassau County High School band program and achieved consistent ratings of Superior and Excellent at the Florida Bandmasters Association Music Performance Adjudication. He mentored and coached students to participate in various music events and developed and revised music curriculum aligned with state and national standards.Jason is a skilled trainer with expertise in curriculum design and assessment, public speaking and presentation, leadership and team building, coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution and mediation, and project management and coordination. He is a passionate advocate for helping individuals and teams reach their full potential and is an active member of the Florida Bandmasters Association for the Seventeenth district.
