My name is William Edge and I'm extremely passionate about technology.I'm currently going to school to get a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.I've had several jobs through my post-high school life and my skill set ranges from amazing customer service to useful technology experience.• 4 years of technical troubleshooting experience (common to advanced problems).• 2 years of Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, and various other administrative software and applications.• 8 years of customer service experience.• 3 years of Microsoft Office 365 experience.• Experience with SQL coding and Command Prompt.• Experience assigning groups and setting up security policies.• Experience troubleshooting network and VPN issues.• Experience with medical claims, bills and Medicare.• 5 years of Café experience, retail included.• Currently enrolled into an online University where I’m pursuing my Bachelor’s in information technology.• I’ve already taken a Database class in addition to Computer Concepts, Networking, and Technology in the workplace classes.I am very eager to find a worthwhile and stable career where I can learn more than I already know about technology because I’m extremely passionate about technology. I Have an open mindset and am willing to follow any training and procedure to an absolute T. I am also very passionate about customer service, I’ve always strived my best to satisfy any interaction with a customer, client or peer that I interact with.I'm always looking forward to establishing positive professional relationships with my peers and management.
