Key Responsibilities:• Managing a team of 170 paramedics and a fleet of 26 ambulances.• Operational, clinical and financial performance management. • Oversight and management of all staff welfare and human resources functions• Engagement with stakeholders from the primary health network, hospitals and other agencies to develop effective partnerships and deliver excellent healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide all staff with someone to talk to, who can relate to their work or personal experiences. • Provide confidential, practical, emotional support and assistance to colleagues linking them in with professional support when required. • Assist by defusing the initial stress of an incident by providing post incident support.

• Management of staff to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective emergency health care, clinical and operational practice, rescue and patient transport services for the community.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide pre-hospital clinical care to patients, including the management of complex trauma, advanced cardiology, paediatrics, and advanced airway management.• Complex case management, clinical leadership, and advanced clinical care in emergency and non-urgent care contexts.
