Our niche is upscale comfort food and fusion fare. Artistic presentations, fresh ingredients and a passion for food go into every meal. We are a full service caterer and bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Instead of opening multiple locations we decided to grow our catering business which has now become a significant revenue stream. Moving forward we intend to continue to innovate at the restaurant and move aggressively into wedding catering and purchase a wedding venue. Our business is difficult but it keeps us young and in step with current events. Retirement is not in the plan; however, slowing down to enjoy life more is.

purchased Mt. Olympus which is located directly next to Andy's Best. At that time the business was a failing entity. Within two years we turned it into a top perfromer among the other stalls in the Market. Our niche was vegetarain, Greek and Fusion Sandwiches

Owner operator of Andy's a veritable Cheesesteak Factory. We did one thing-- pump out subs and we did it very well. Our customers would come from as far as Frederick Md and those who moved out of state would be sure to drop by everytime they were in town. A very successful business but it did not offer much of an opportunity for creativity.
