Engineer responsible for ADS system aboard three Aegis Destroyers at the world’s first and second largest shipyards. Integrated and tested three KDX-III class ships, DDG991 (Guided Missile Destroyer), DDG992 and DDG993. Responsible for the specification of requirements, functionality and testing of ADS including interface, network, and hardware check outs and projector interface/connectivity troubleshooting. Coordinated and ran ship procedures to verify integration and functionality of equipment while documenting system issues via TORs and procedural issues via Test Procedure Report (TPR). Prior to customer acceptance, final checkouts were performed during five months of underway on each ship. Obtained additional experience integrating and testing of Command and Control (CND), Infra-Red Search and Track (IRST), MK 45 5 inch gun and Global Command and Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M) equipment groups.
