In the past 14 years, I have been intimately engaged in managing Deutsche Bank continuous evolving voice environment within the Americas, including overseeing the implementation of Avaya VoIP throughout the environment. Over past three years, globally, Deutsche Bank has undertaken an aggressive cost saving initiative by implementing and leveraging new technologies (e.g., SIP, Avaya Breeze, Avaya System/Session Manager, etc.).
