• Supporting the development of an interconnected weight management and healthy lifestyle intervention programme community organizations.• Creating new session plans as required for Tier 3 weight management groups (Adult).• Support roll-out of new session plans and project managing new sessions. • Support on-going review and improvement of delivery models and session plans.• Data collection and the Data Collection Improvement Plan• Engage in and at times lead commissioned Weight Management Programme Instructor meetings and discussions.• Other PDP/CPD for instructors: Including - Planning and delivery at the Instructor CPD Development Days• Tutor trainer in courses where required and able, e.g., MAP Behavior change.• Other meetings and projects as community HDO.• Get Active Get Going social media + community engagement• Volunteer training and recruitment• Identify and secure funding for physical activity programmes across the Get Active Get Going programme.
