A government contract company specializes in supporting high end (top secret) military operations. Integrated new Counter Improvised Explosive Device (IED) system capabilities into all land forces, including NATO partners, operations throughout the Middle East. Developed training plans for systems identified by Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and developed supporting documentation for doctrinal transition requirements identified to transition the Counter IED systems into Programs of Record (POR) in support of US Army Central Command (USARCENT) Warfighter needs. Ensured new equipment and technologies used in combat performed to the highest standards and met current and future operational requirements• Trained deploying units (20,000 soldiers) on the new Counter IED systems for preparedness of deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan. • Coordinate advancements for a key Counter-IED system, with external US government agencies, based on feedback from soldiers using the system in Afghanistan. • Conduct weekly meetings with global key stake holders in the Counter –IED fight to ensure the latest intelligence and enemy tactics are being presented to all forces operating within Afghanistan and Iraq. This enables units to update their current procedures in order to defeat these new tactics and continue to adapt to the changing environment.

Successfully planned and executed Joint, 4-Star Commander level operations in the Pacific Theater. Pacific Command (PACOM) is the largest Command in the US Armed Forces and is responsible to deter out near peer enemies in China and North Korea. • Lead Space Planner for all Space Forces in PACOM and Southern Command. Collaborated daily with key leaders within other branches of the military to achieve unification of all Department of Defense current and future space capabilities. • Wrote and maintained numerous strategic level plans to ensure our success against any near peer enemy in either area of operations.• Served as the primary plans trainer for the strategic and current operations plans groups to ensure all officers were utilizing the most current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). • Developed, coordinated and conducted operational planning (including crisis action, adaptive planning and Course of Action (COA) development in support of USSTRATCOM’s global space mission. Lead the development of USSTRATCOM Strategic Instructions for space operations and directed the coordination of establishing directives regarding space support to Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Joint Functional Component Commands (JFCCs), and Joint Task Forces (JTFs) as authorized by CDRUSSTRATCOM. - Lead the development of Adversary Annexes for all of USSTRATCOM Operational plans and contingency plans. - Troop Commander of an Armored Cavalry Troop with world-wide contingency missions. Responsible for the training and deployment of two scout platoons, two tank platoons, one mortar section, one maintenance section, and one headquarters section in order to fight and accomplish the Troop's combat missions. - Tasked with the leadership, training, and development of five officers and 132 soldiers. - Maintained nine M1A2 Main Battle Tanks, thirteen M3A2 Cavalry Fighting Vehicles, two 120 mm Mortar Tracks, eleven support vehicles, and property worth in excess of $92 million. - Maintained a high level of discipline, morale, and welfare for the soldiers and families by creating a positive command climate and Family Readiness Group.- Demonstrated mastery of command during combat operations in support of OIF. Instrumental in planning and executing numerous area security operations along the Syrian border, in Southern Baghdad, and Tal Afar, Iraq. Troop consistently attained superior results when conducting a high degree of concurrent combat operations across 2,000 square kilometers of battle space. A mental agility and capacity to quickly formulate sound tactical solutions to an ever changing situation, enabling the Troop to maintain its flexibility and lethality. - Trained and equipped an Iraqi Army Battalion, Iraqi Police Force, and Iraqi Border Defense Force while maintaining continuous 24/7 operations inside and outside of my Forward Operating Base.

- Lead a detachment of 250 soldiers in the daily operations and redeployment of an Armored Cavalry Squadron consisting of 1300 personnel, 100 combat vehicles, and over 200 additional tracked and wheeled vehicles. - Assumed the duties and responsibilities of the entire squadron (battalion) staff with a primary emphasis on supporting over 600 spouses and 1000 family members, property accountability and maintenance for a fleet of 43 combat vehicles and over $10 million of equipment left behind, and the training and deployment of new soldiers to the combat zone to replace wounded soldiers.

- Assigned to a forward deployed Armored Cavalry Squadron in Iraq. - Maintained 467 reportable systems including 41-M1A2 Tanks, 41-M3A2 Bradleys, 6-M109A6 Paladins, 15 Linebackers, and 8 Avenger missile systems. - Senior maintenance manager for seven subordinate unit motor teams. - Monitored and influenced overall unit maintenance readiness, parts acquisitions, scheduled services and maintenance personnel. - Coordinated the efforts of Direct Support agencies to influence higher level maintenance requirements. - Led vehicle recovery, tactical emplacement of the maintenance facility and teams, and the overall well being of 70 attached personnel while in a combat environment. - Advised the Squadron Commander and Executive Officer in all aspects of the Squadron Maintenance concerns and issues.

- Forward Deployed Corps Team Leader for the 2D Infantry Division Interoperability (LNO) Section. - Responsible for the training and general well being of two senior non-commissioned officers and six Korean Augmentees to the U.S. Army. - Responsible for establishing and maintaining close, continuous, physical communication between the 2D Infantry Division and the Republic of Korea (ROK) Corps Headquarters. In peacetime, represent the 2D Infantry Division to the Third ROK Army, and subordinate units. - During wartime, manage an augmented team consisting of intelligence, fire support, and signal personnel. - Responsible for over $1 million worth of equipment.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute division level support for 2D Infantry Division and higher level combat exercises. - Assist in the development of exercise scenarios, in conjunction with the plans section, and coordinates resources to support the exercise. - Produce, staff, and publish division exercise directives. Represent the division at the higher headquarters exercise conferences, in-progress reviews, and coordination meetings. - Conduct periodic division level briefings and in-progress reviews to the Command Group, Staff, and subordinate headquarters to keep them appraised of the status of exercise planning and requirements for their organizations. - Operated as the division Battle Captain during 9/11.
