My Design Process starts with a research focus on Market needs and competitor analysis. Iterate information collected to complete a product that satisfies business goals and user needs. I interact with stakeholders and tech leaders while also providing feedback on the go. All to Create a web-based CRM app that can be used to boost the performance of your businesses by providing the means for your potential customer to have the best customer experience.

As UI/UX Designer: I conducting a Market Research by scouting out competitors, Define User pain points & Create Persona based on the pain points, create and model the UI Design with stakeholder, create a User Journey map, and prototyping with Figma.As Front-end Developer: create and develop a functional web based from the design with tools like react JS, Material UI, Axios, Redux, and CSS

As part of the Content Grow design team, I am responsible for designing a landing page for the experience of users in understanding and how to take action with the procedure in order. Our goal is to help the potential users understand what Content grow provides and encourage them to use our service by using some methods like User research, Copywriting, psychology of color, etc.The task includes but is not limited to:- Define problems with the stakeholders on the product and plan the best solution on how to approach it.- Conduct research activities to get a deeper understanding of the user and validate the proposed solution.- Collaborate with software engineers in making the design come to life.- Perform a User Acceptance Test (UAT) by providing data statistics and input from users.- Copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve the product.- Quality Assurance (QA) determines whether the product is ready for the public.

Taking part as a Web & Android Developer, I learned and used ReactJS for the Frontend Projects. design and code Android apps(Module) with Java&Kotlin Programming language and XML for the layouts. also studied as UI/UX Designer to Research, build user flow, design, wireframe, prototyping, and eventually develop the projects that i used for my bachelor thesis.

As an intern, I take part in marketing Product launching (product management, event planning, customer service), Operating System Management, and Hardware Technician.
