Performed the day to day operations of the Service Department, advisor productivity, technician productivity and the Customer Satisfaction Index's. Responsible for the maintenance of shop equipment and all purchases for the Service Department. Monitored and audited factory warranty and recievables, customer recievables and aftermarket warranty recievables. Maintained an open communications between the fixed operations and the Variable operations of the dealership. Responsible for advertsising and expenses of the Service department.

Managed day to day operations of Service Department. Duties also included merchandising and marketing for growth of the service department, implementing and monitoring technical training of technicians, training for service consultants and assisted in safety training of essential/key personnel. Responsibilities also included monitoring and assisting with accounts receivables for all insurance claims, customers, and manufacturers. As a Service Director, I was responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new personnel for the service department. The total amount of employees supervised averaged 30 to 35. Other duties also included working with vendors for purchases of tools and equipment, and misc. items for the department and also coordinating repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities included overseeing the parts and service operations for 4 stores. Department profitability, expense control, employee relations, vendor relations and purchasing. Team building and marketing and advertising.
