I have had a very non-traditional career! I began my professional journey at Whirlpool as a front-line agent in our contact center of nearly 2000 agents helping manage customer orders. Within the first year I was moved to our continuous improvement & technology enablement team -- in no small part due to my scripting / automating my own work. The following year, moved to a business analyst role. Shortly thereafter, COVID-19 struck and I was reorganized into IT where I have remained through today. In parallel, I have been pursuing my Computer Science bachelor's degree. I achieved an Associate's in Application Development, and am working towards the Bachelor's degree at University of Springfield Illinois.My work as a systems analyst has provided significant exposure to many business domains: Customer Relationship Management, Supply and Logistics, Business Intelligence as primary areas of support.In the process, I have had the opportunity to work across SAP CRM, SAP ECC 6.0, Google Workspace, and a plethora of ETL and middleware technologies. For some systems I only developed and submitted the requirements (CRM). For others (ECC, Google Workspace , ETL) the work has spanned the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment. For the past ~1.5 years, I have been diligently preparing for a potential migration from SAP CRM to the Salesforce platform. Two certifications (Admin & Platform App Builder) are under the belt, and I am primed and ready to begin the implementation. The path may be challenging but I am excited to face it head on.
