At the Wasserstrom Company, my primary duty was taking inbound and outbound phone calls for our contracted YUM clients which include Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut. Within the YUM division, I increased sales $175,000 annually by promoting new products to existing clients and processed corporate rollout programs. Within the first two months of joining the organization I was promoted to New Hire Inside Sales Trainer. After my second year, I got promoted to our organization's Full Serve department in which I was responsible for larger accounts such as Wendy's, Sonic, and Arby's. In addition to sales, I managed client financial accounts by initiating credits, debits, returns and rebates via SAP software. Another piece of software I used was Websphere were I would facilitate sales leads on customer ordering platforms by trouble shooting online order issues and overall account maintenance. Lastly, I communicated with strategic manufacturing partners to expedite products for client base via drop shipments and adhered to internal quality control mandates on client products.

During this internship role, our team was responsible for ending the low participation trend for various of youth sport programs. To learn which program endured the largest decrease in participation numbers, I performed analytic research by analyzing current participation rates to figure out which program decreased the most. I proposed and implemented a strategic plan to increase overall participation by developing sport program leagues relative to residency in Dublin. To promote the Dublin Youth Association brand, my team and I would visit all grade level schools to target and advertise the programs to parents/guardians and students. After the end of the project, we were able to increased Recreational Baseball participation by 43.1% and Select Softball participation by 13.8%.

Powell, Ohio

As a customer service representative at CVS/Health, I guided customers with their purchasing needs with a focus in promoting private brand product. By advertising the CVS brand, I was able to get customers aware of the CVS brands and how they have the same or better effect the other brands. My day to day operations include point of sale transactions along with identifying weekly inventory count via product scanning and written documentation.

Within this front office role, I assisted association members with all pool and tennis court needs by providing the utmost customer service. The main duty I performed was reporting and filing reports consisting of complaints and recommendations from pool members and visitors. Lastly, with these comments I would communicate with upper-management to discuss the current state of the country club, performance of daily operations, and different approaches to approve operations.
