Collaborated with team of fourteen consultants to redesign key Vonage business systems, analyzed five year old legacy Java code to identify sub-system interfaces and redesign opportunities.

Gathered requirements, designed, developed and deployed three professional services projects delivering speech self service applications for FluencyVoice clients in the United Kingdom. Worked on FluencyVoice product development team in London Office, created product requirements for FluenceVoice flagship Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) product. Led development team of five engineers located in Mumbai, India. Team developed key architecture componts of VSA.

Team member of Fixed Income Research Team, developed MBS trading and research applications. Overhauled and maintained legacy production systems. Responsible for monthly agency MBS factor update and monthly reports. Worked with MBS traders, provided rapid development of trading application modifications. Worked on project for client, SurveyUSA, developed ASP.NET web app to control telephony application. Telephony application utilizied 20,000 phone lines. Designed and implemented several .NET applications that were crucial components of the system. Deployed the new system in time for 2002 election season, the peak revenue season for SurveyUSA.

Worked on SAMS development team with five other developers. SAMS is the flagship product of Sendmail Inc., includes imap/pop3/lmtp servers. Thread pool architecture that runs on several Unix variants as well as Windows NT/2k. Designed and implemented new features including RFC quota implementation, fixed bugs. Worked with team for two full life cycles of SAMS product.
