I founded The Talent Group’s commercial teams in London, Paris, and Milan, introducing casting teams exclusively dedicated to commercial projects to these markets for the first time. Grounded in Condé Nast’s editorial taste, our castings are bespoke, considered and intentional. We harness the power of talent at all levels to achieve our client’s commercial goals. Within a few months in this role, I turned The Talent Group’s commercial operations into a vital resource in Europe that opened up talent who would not have previously engaged with commercial projects. In the first year, our teams cast over 90 projects saving thousands of hours for the creative and production teams.I built teams made up of industry experts who have a deep knowledge of both their local markets and the global talent landscape. These teams are designed to be truly interconnected, working closely with one another to give clients a genuine global perspective on their projects. As the role developed, I have been integral in realising a truly global strategy for commercial casting at Condé Nast. I am heavily focussed on streamlining the way that our international teams (Britain, France, Italy, Germany, India, Japan) interact with each other to provide global campaigns, whilst also aligning with the US’s overall vision for global strategy. I built teams made up of industry experts who have a deep knowledge of both their local markets and the global talent landscape. These teams are built to be truly interconnected, working closely with one another to give clients a truly global perspective on their projects. In this role I was responsible for building the commercial strategy of over 100 high-profiled acting talent, alongside two other commercial agents. We strategically built talent’s commercial lives working with them from an early stage in their careers to grow organic relationships with brands that could be converted into lucrative deals down the line. Our early adoption perspective was integral to creating a meaningful and long-lasting commercial strategy for our talent.
