William was the Arcadis Project & Design manager for the 10 week Part B – tender phase, in which the Downer-Arcadis consortium was successful in being award the contract. Responsible for delivery of all design elements, William lead a team of engineers, architects and specialist consultants to produce a 70% tender design for two stations in this compressed timeframe.Moorebank Intermodal TerminalArcadis were appointed as Principal’s Engineer by Qube to provide multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental and technical design services for the $2 billion Intermodal Terminal. William was responsible for co-ordination and delivery of the Principal’s Engineer scope for the first stage of the IMT development. The Moorebank Intermodal Project involves the development of a $2bn container freight village in South West Sydney. Stage 1 of the development includes a rail link, container unloading facilities, warehousing, buildings, utilities upgrades / relocations and internal & external road works. Co-ordinated inputs into the Feasibility Study Report. Developed EPCM project estimate and range review schedules. Participated in the project range/risk analysis workshops. Contributed to the NCIG Stage 2AA and Stage 2F Project Execution Plan (PEP) and wrote Basis of Schedule (BoS). Responded to questions raised during BHPB project tollgate process.
