As a member of the Arcadis Project and Programme management team William is involved in the delivery of numerous complex multidisciplinary projects.TfNSW - TAP5 Station Upgrade ProjectThe Transport Access Program is an initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure. The TAP 5 project involved the upgrading of 5 train stations across the Sydney Trains network. William was the Arcadis Project & Design manager for the 10 week Part B – tender phase, in which the Downer-Arcadis consortium was successful in being award the contract. Responsible for delivery of all design elements, William lead a team of engineers, architects and specialist consultants to produce a 70% tender design for two stations in this compressed timeframe.Moorebank Intermodal TerminalArcadis were appointed as Principal’s Engineer by Qube to provide multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental and technical design services for the $2 billion Intermodal Terminal. William was responsible for co-ordination and delivery of the Principal’s Engineer scope for the first stage of the IMT development. The Moorebank Intermodal Project involves the development of a $2bn container freight village in South West Sydney. Stage 1 of the development includes a rail link, container unloading facilities, warehousing, buildings, utilities upgrades / relocations and internal & external road works. The project involves co-ordination with multiple external stakeholders including TfNSW, RMS, Sydney Trains and ARTCPatons Lane Resource Recovery FacilityWorking within Bingo’s internal development team, and reporting directly to Bingo’s General Manager - Asset Investment & Development, William provided expert advice and guidance to Bingo on procurement strategy, tendering process, contract administration, cost control, project planning, operational readiness and construction strategy on the Patons Lane project.

As a member of the project management & services team within Hatch’s Project Delivery Group (PDG) William has successfully performed various project roles on the NCIG project including package lead, civil project engineer, lead cost engineer, lead planner, project controls engineer and feasibility study engineer. William has a broad range of experience including contract management and administration, civil construction, project report & planning (advanced Primavera P6 user), cost engineering, project systems set up and procurement functions.William's final role was as Earthworks package lead (Superintendent’s Representative) and Lead Cost Engineer on the $120M NCIG Rail Flyover project. William was fully responsible for the successful delivery of the earthworks and site rehabilitations packages whilst also remaining responsible for the operation of the project controls cost system (iPas PC).Additionally, William lead the procurement process for the preliminary earthworks, main bulk earthworks, and rail track for the Flyover project.

EPCM management including development and maintenance of staffing plans, organisational charts, employee mobilisation forms, invoicing and resourcing plans. Wrote and presenting weekly and monthly project progress reports to client representatives. Close interfacing and communication with the client’s site project management team. Project Planning duties included developing NCIG Stage 2AA and Stage 2F master project baseline schedules, monthly schedule status updates, integration of schedule with other core project systems (iPas PC, iPas EP), forensic analysis of contractors programs and evaluation contractor extension of time (EOT) claims.
