Returned to Rosewood in 2011 and through the initiation and implementation of a thoughtful and purposeful Business Plan, created and operated a multi-faceted real estate portfolio that grew to an enterprise value of over $1.3 billion. This was accomplished with a small focused team that closed numerous portfolio and single asset acquisitions, as well as ground-up development, across thirteen states. Asset classes consisted of; office, multi-family, industrial, retail and self-storage properties, as well as private real estate equities and legacy land holdings, for a ultra high net worth family office based in Dallas, Texas. in addition, through comprehensive zoning and entitlement efforts established four, branded multiple phase master-plan developments from legacy land holdings that appreciably increased the value of the land and provided for a 10+ year pipeline of multi-family, single-family, office, retail and hotel development that are intended to meet the mid and long-term goals of the family office. With a long-term focus, we were deeply committed to quality and were driven by the goal of delivering sustainable dividends to our numerous stakeholders.
